Aspendale Child Care Facility

Located in the Melbourne seaside suburb of Aspendale. This 140 placement child care centre is a contemporary community landmark building within minutes of Mordialloc High school, train station and other amenities.

Constructed from light gauge steel framing, the two-storey facility houses 8 x Children’s rooms, Kitchen, Laundry, 3 x Cot rooms, Office, and staff room. Two large secure playground areas with protective awning coverings.

Framing was incorporated around structural steel and post-tensioned concrete structure allowing for
plumbing and electrical cabling penetrations.
